Ticketing Information

Walk up ticket sales for events at the Smoothie King Center, Superdome and Champions Square are available for purchase at the Smoothie King Center Box Office on Fridays from 9 am - 4:30 pm and on event days.

Ticketmaster Express, Ticketmaster’s national IVR automated phone line, is a quick and easy self-service method of buying tickets. This line is available 24 hours each day, 7 days a week. This self-service information and ticket purchasing line is available for the majority of events handled by Ticketmaster. Please note that you will not be able to speak with a Ticketmaster representative using Ticketmaster Express.

This is an easy access number that directly points Ticketmaster customers to customer service for support on previously placed orders.

Will Call is located at the Smoothie King Center Box Office on the Ground Level of the East Side of the building. For specific Will Call information, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.

A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets. It is also helpful to present the credit card used for payment, however, this is not required.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Traveler’s Check, Discover.

Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into the Smoothie King Center, exiting and then re-entering is not allowed.

Patrons with illegally duplicated tickets will not be allowed to enter the Smoothie King Center.

If proof of purchase can be obtained, then the ticket can be reissued on the night of the event only with proper ID.

No refunds or exchanges will be made unless there was a change to the date or time of the show. All refunds are done at point of purchase.

The resale or attempted resale of tickets on Superdome/Smoothie King Center/Champions Square property is prohibited by law. Violators will be removed from the premises and subject to arrest and prosecution as appropriate.
